Janet Ho is currently pursuing a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics (MND) at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health from UBC, which helped her establish a strong foundation in the principles of nutritional sciences, food systems, and health promotion. During her undergraduate studies, Janet became increasingly interested in how nutrition could be used as a tool to manage chronic conditions and improve patient outcomes. Her curiosity led her to the MND program, where she is now conducting her capstone project at BC Cancer, working alongside dietitians to explore enteral nutrition modalities across various BC Cancer sites. As Janet continues her graduate studies, she is committed to further engaging in research opportunities and growing as a researcher and future clinician. She aspires to specialize in renal or diabetes management to make meaningful impacts through evidence-based interventions. In Janet’s free time, she enjoys travelling, running the seawall, and trying new restaurants around the city
