Aris Tai is a graduate student at Langara College currently pursuing a post-graduate certificate from the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM) to further his career in healthcare and long-term care nutrition management. He graduated from UBC in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences. His passion for nutrition sciences stems from his exploration of the connections between food and disease, particularly in nutritional epidemiology and cancer-related research during his undergraduate studies. In his personal time, he enjoys exercising, exploring the outdoors, and experimenting with new recipes.
Aris is working with Eleah Stringer since June 2024 on developing KT materials related to diet, the gut microbiome, and cancer.
